Mrinal Kanti Sarkar is a self-directed, action-oriented professional with over 29 years of experience in education. He is a dedicated, resourceful, and goal-driven educator committed to academic excellence and the holistic development of every student.

With a diverse background and a strong track record, Mrinal is known for his open-minded and determined attitude, which helps him motivate and inspire both himself and others to succeed. Currently, he seeks to work for a forward-thinking institution that aims to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals.

After earning his postgraduate degree from Jadavpur University and a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics education from Calcutta University, Mrinal began his teaching career—a journey that continues to resonate with him. He is passionate about helping students become better readers and writers and fostering a love for the subject.

In-charge of Mathematics and Physics for Classes XI and XII at St. Joseph’s College, Bowbazar, Kolkata.
Team leader for Class XII students preparing for ISI/CMI/KVPY/JEE Advanced exams and Class XI students preparing for Math Olympiad and KVPY exams.
Worked at DPS Ruby Park as Advisor and collaborator with the Head-teacher and other educators on course development, teaching materials, programs, methods, assessment, and pastoral arrangements until 2017.
